You must be at least 13 years old to use Rafiky. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Receive AI-powered travel recommendations
• Access location-based content and services
• Make in-app payments through third-party providers

Rafiky does not operate as a travel agency, tour operator, or payment processor.

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Rafiky reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Rafiky uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to personalize content and recommendations based on preferences, behavior, and location. These systems do not constitute professional advice.

Certain features require access to your device's location. You may enable or disable location access through device settings. Disabling location may limit functionality.

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. Rafiky does not store payment card details and is not responsible for third-party payment disputes.

All prices on Rafiky are set by the provider offering the experience, service, or product — not by Rafiky. Rafiky adds a separate, clearly itemised service fee, shown to you before payment.

Some providers publish two prices for the same listing: one for travelers whose nationality matches the country the provider's business is registered in, and one for all other travelers. This is a common and lawful practice in the tourism industry in the markets Rafiky operates in.

• Which price you see is determined by the nationality recorded on your Rafiky profile, compared against the provider's country of business registration. It is not based on your IP address or your current location.
• Where a provider publishes only one price, that price applies to every traveler and no difference exists.
• Signed-out visitors are shown the visitor price by default. Signing in may change the price shown if your nationality matches the provider's market.
• The price shown to you before payment is the price you will be charged. It is recalculated on our servers from your signed-in session at the moment of checkout, and the total — including the service fee — is displayed before you confirm.
• You can see and change the nationality on your profile at any time from your profile settings. Changing it changes which price you are shown for future bookings; it does not alter a booking you have already paid for.

Where a price difference applies to a listing you are viewing, we disclose it to you on the listing, in your cart, and at checkout before you pay.

• Do not use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Do not interfere with security or functionality
• Do not attempt unauthorized access
• Do not misuse intellectual property

All trademarks, content, software, and materials within the App are the exclusive property of Rafikyapp or its licensors.

The App may contain links to third-party services. Rafiky is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rafikyapp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Rafiky may suspend or terminate access to the App at its discretion if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.

Rafiky reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
